My love of travel has been with me for most of my life. It started with wanting to learn other cultures by food. My earliest memory has to be when I was in the 3rd grade we had a project on geography and culture, I chose Japan. It was in the early 80's in a small KY town with a population of 2700 or so. In the age of no google maps or Instagram, it was just me and my imagination. I decided to bring white rice for a taste of what I thought Japan was as that 8 year old. Oh, life was so simple then. Now I would have to add a fried egg, soy sauce, peas, carrots, onion, rice wine vinegar and flash fry in a hot skillet. Yes, that is what I call growth and knowledge.

I am a Real Estate Agent by trade for the last 6 years. But, I have always been a entrepreneur by heart. I would say I have a pretty active and creative mind that stays in overdrive most days.
A little bit about my family
I am the Creator and Travel enthusiast of this blog brand. I am a wife of 30 years to my Amore Lamar (the yang to my yin). I am a mother to 4 beautiful babies ages 29, 26, 18 and yes its not a typo a 6 year old. I am a GiGi to 4 beautiful grands ages 11, 11, 8 and 7 also a bonus mom to a wonderful son-in-law. Oh, lets not forget the 4 fur kitties that is the starter kit to the "ol' crazy cat lady" as my dear husband would say. I also would love to mention my mother and father, extended family and friends that are so supportive and loving in helping my dreams come true.
